Positive News

Media organisation, Positive News, is dedicated to producing good journalism about good things. They wanted a WooCommerce shop to sell and manage subscriptions for a quarterly printed magazine, as an extension of the editorial content being published on the site daily. We built their bespoke WooCommerce shop to enable single purchases or subscriptions. The site now fulfils international orders including a monthly average of 10,000 recurring subscriptions and 1,500 individual orders. Positive News increased their revenue by 30% from the previous year.

Pikt

Pikt is a B-corp selling organic fruit and veg boxes. The Pikt team wanted to work with an agency who could actively suggest ways to improve their WooCommerce site and keep it performing at its best. After identifying that we were best positioned to be both proactive and reactive to their needs, they asked us to become their new digital partner and inherit their existing WooCommerce store and codebase. They are investing in continuous development of their website so it can adapt and grow with their business and support them to achieve their commercial goals. Fulfilling an average of 17,500 orders over a 12-month period, Pikt has a complex site with 208 products live and we’re currently building a selection of bundles and subscriptions.

Elizabeth Shaw

Luxury chocolate brand, Elizabeth Shaw, wanted to improve customer experience and conversions, initially by merging their eCommerce shop with their main website and following this with ongoing development and optimisation work. We inherited Elizabeth Shaw’s WooCommerce site and we continue to work on it each month to tweak, develop and optimize it further. We added pick-n-mix functionality to allow customers to create bespoke product bundles and our work to transform the buying journey increased the average order value (AOV) by 20%.

Alpine Garden Society

Streamlining online checkouts, subscriptions and memberships was critical for environmental charity, Alpine Garden Society, to run more efficiently. Previously using a simple website form that required time-consuming follow up for manual payments, their WooCommerce site is now their one main source of truth, built with customisations and automations to make sales and membership management effortless. Alpine Garden Society has 3,700 active subscriptions and 158 products live on their site.

The Medic Portal

The Medic Portal is a leading resource for aspiring medics that reaches millions of students, parents and teachers. They’ve worked with 500+ schools across five continents and they are an official partner of the Royal Society of Medicine. We initially worked with The Medic Portal to build out their subscription model and ensure visitors can sign up for events and access online training courses. Recently, we began a new phase of work with The Medic Portal, which involves continuous development of their WooCommerce site over the long-term to get it performing at its best.

Spike Island

Spike Island, an international centre for contemporary art, needed to simplify their complicated offering and launch an online shop. As an art gallery, public events venue, and home to a community of artists and creative businesses, Spike Island needed to adapt during the pandemic while closed to visitors. We developed a WooCommerce shop, enabling Spike Island to pivot to online sales and diversify their income stream.
